The nitro finish is checked and relic'd and the neck is tinted to complete the vintage aesthetics.

The SSCII noise reduction system gives you silent circuitry (that's right! No more messy 60-cycle hum when soloing a single coil pickup) while still preserving a true single coil tone. The compound radius fretboard makes the playability effortless and stainless steel frets ensure that you can own this guitar for decades without having to worry about getting it re-fretted. The 60's inspired neck shape feels extremely comfortable. It's not toothpick-thin but also is far from being chunky. It's a true playground for your fretting hand and will feel instantly familiar.

This guitar can really do it all. It sounds great clean but really starts to shine as you add a bit of dirt to the tone. This axe truly rocks!

Manufacturer's Description

The 2018 Classic S Antique features a new 60’s C vintage medium neck profile with Indian rosewood or maple fingerboard and V63 single coils. The Classic S Antique retains many of the original specifications of the Classic Antique including the SSCII hum canceling system, nitrocellulose finish, and stainless steel frets. Proprietary Suhr locking tuners and the Gotoh 510 tremolo provides superior tuning stability. 2018 also marks the introduction of Vintage Yellow, a new finish option for the Classic S Antique.
