The guitar is unlike anything we've ever seen before. It seems futuristic and new age but is also very easy and simple to use. Through some sort of magic wizardry, they've found a way to put pickups into these magnetic housings that allow you to swap them in and out of the guitar on the fly. You can literally change from humbuckers to P90s in between songs if you need to. It takes about 5 seconds to swap them out. Everything is magnetic, so you never need any tools for any of this. It's really something out of this world. You can easily adjust the pickup height as well using a thumbwheel.
When people talk about "one guitar to rule them all" or trying to find that "forever" guitar that's going to accomplish everything that they need to, I don't think anybody had this in mind. But the folks over at Relish did and what they've come up with is truly incredible. In addition to swappable pickups, which all Relish guitars have, this model comes with a touch-control pickup selector that allows for quick and easy splitting of the humbuckers or a wide range of pickup combinations. In addition to that, there's a piezo pickup as well that only further adds to the absolute wealth of tones that you can get from this guitar. The mid-range boost on the piezo volume knob is a cool push/pull feature as well. It lets your piezo tone really cut through and punches it forward in the mix a good bit more.
We were blown away by this guitar. It's not all flash and gimmicks, by any means. Everything they've thought of here is a step forward in how guitars are made and is progress that we think all guitar players can take advantage of. They play great and can sound like whatever you need them to with a lightning fast pickup swap. This could certainly be a game-changer.

Jane has a unique hollow body warmth and resonance. A piezo pickup in the bridge enables the player to blend in acoustic sound, or use the stereo output to keep electric and acoustic sounds separate. The Relish-designed, custom wound Bucker XV pickups provide an excellent base, but the guitar's design enable other pickups to be swapped in almost instantly, even in the midst of a performance. A unique touch-sensitive slider strip allows 17 available pickup switching options for incredible tonal flexibility. A red wine styled stain on 3 dimensional quality maple gives Bordeaux Jane a look that will stop you dead in your tracks. Includes hardshell case.
