They've been well known for quite some time now for the absolutely incredible pickups that they make. As soon as we picked up one of their guitars, it became very clear that these guys know how to do it all! The level of refinement in this guitar is fantastic. The fretwork is on point and lets you dial in nice low action. The neck gives you a solid chunk of wood to hold onto but doesn't feel like a toothpick in your hands. It's going to remind you of a good classic 60's C-shaped neck. The bolt-on design keeps the sound nice and snappy and there are no compromises in tuning stability or sustain either. The neck is an absolute joy for your fretting hand and the roasted maple feels incredible.
The Porter Pickups in this are, of course, absolutely fantastic. It's their classic set of T-style pickups that instantly remind you of some of your favorite tele tones but with a bit of a fuller and more articulate sound. The 9T pickups has some P90 characteristics to it that really tightens up the sound while making it bigger and more powerful. It'll push your pedals and your amp harder than a traditional T-style guitar. If you've always loved teles but wished they had just a bit more oomph to them... This is the guitar for you!
This is a great guitar for hobbyists and pros alike. It's an extremely high quality guitar with an incredible ease of playing and refined sound that'll make you never want to put it down.

9T TELE PICKUP SET:
The Porter 9T neck gives you a nice clear and full tone without getting too muddy or too twangy. It will still provide the P90 “push” but remains thick in the mix.
The Porter 9T bridge pickup gives you that huge P90 tone without any extra modifications to your guitar. The 9T bridge is very aggressive, driving your amp harder while still giving you the flexibility of adjusting each pole under each string. The 9T bridge responds well to volume changes and clean up as you roll the knob down. We like to run these pickups at different heights depending on the results and aggressiveness you want.
