The fit and finish is absolutely heavenly on this one and the guitar virtually plays itself. The action is very low right out of the box and yet there's no fret buzzing. The attention to detail from top to bottom, as with every Mayones, it thoroughly impressive. It's clear that a lot of time was put into the guitar. Then it's topped with a new finish that Mayones just introduced. So this is really a pretty special and unique instrument.
 
The Seymour Duncan Nazgul (bridge) and Sentient (neck) pickups combine to make a force to be reckoned with. The output is hot and these pickups will hit the front end of your amplifier or your pedals hard. They're like a racecar sitting at the red light revving its engine, just itching for the light to turn green and unleash the power like a bat out of hell. The maple fretboard adds a bit more snap to the top end of the tone along with a bit of a more present bass response.

A simple master volume control (with push/pull coil-splitting capability) makes this a no-fuss shredder's axe that is locked and loaded, ready for the limelight.
