Player's Perspective
James Trussart has been building instruments made out of metal since the 70's and at this point his artist roster is a veritable who's who of the rock world. It's pretty impressive how many guitarists (and bassists like Geezer Butler) have sought out Mr. Trussart to get a unique but thoroughly badass instrument.
The SteelDeville is rock n' roll guitar through and through. This thing just oozes of mojo and character. It sounds awesome and the metal body adds a really nice attack and articulation to the notes while the wooden neck helps give it some warmth. The pickups are masterfully done by Arcane and they sound and respond like a PAF but with a bit of extra refinement to it. There is a definition to the notes that will allow your guitar to always remain clear and present in a mix, even if you've got other distorted guitars to compete with. The sound and build quality of this are truly impressive.
