"We have worked countless hours on the tone and simplicity of this pedal. As with all our pedals, the tone in conjunction with simplicity is the most important design objective. You should be able to find a pallet of awesome tones without having to switch a million switches or turn 100 knobs. Then we added a very unique switching circuit to switch the octave on, off and stutter. The last thing we did was to add tap tempo to the stutter mode. All the switching functionality is seperate from the signal path so we could retain the awesome analog tone the pedal has. Of course it is also true bypass."
