Straight from the hands of Mr. Sacha Dunable, Music Store Live is proud to offer up yet another killer instrument from Dunable. These take a while to get in, since they're mostly handmade, and they never stick around for long! There's clearly something very special about them.

This Thunderclap bass is a 4-string rocker's dream. If you like being able to go lower than the low E but want to stick with a trusty 4-string, here ya go! The extended scale length is virtually made for drop-tuning and will keep your strings punchy and taught whether in standard or drop-tunning. You can also string it up BEAD and tune that down, if you want. No problem at all! The pickups are actually single-coils under those humbucker-looking covers. They provide a beautiful bell-like tone that cuts but they also have enough power to them to handle distorted tones with no problem at all! I'd characterize them as punchy and slightly overwound single-coils that can handle dirt and fuzz better than most.

Clearly made with the hard rock bassist in mind, this Thunderclap is a true thing of beauty! It's able to get as down and dirty as you're willing to go.
