There were only 25 of these made, so this is a great collector's piece as well as a unique-looking acoustic for anybody looking to record or gig out with this.

This guitar utilizes a unique tonewood pairing to produce incredible depth, dimension, and warmth. Breedlove's all about using sustainable resources and providing the best playing and best sounding guitars while still being environmentally conscious. The myrtlewood is hard and has a brightness to it that is similar to maple, however, it doesn't quite get as shrill in the top-end as some maple acoustics can tend to get. There is still a good mid-range presence and the sound is very full. The all-Myrtlewood build provides powerful resonance that you can feel when you strike a chord. It's got long-lasting sustain and the ability to respond very dynamically to your playing style. It is very open sounding and will only improve over time and with age.

The neck, as with all Breedlove necks, is super comfortable. It's not too thin but won't feel as big and bulky as some other acoustic guitar necks out there. The neck feels a bit more modern than the traditional acoustic guitars of the past. Whether you're new to acoustics or have been playing them for ages, you'll find an ease of playability with this that you may not have previously thought possible out of an acoustic guitar.

Made out of home-grown woods from Oregon and built in the USA, this guitar looks, sounds, and absolutely feels like it could easily retail for twice this price and it would still be a good deal.

This all Myrtlewood body guitar exemplifies the musical character of this Northwest Tonewood, with a mystical look. The unique “Ghost” finish was inspired by the thick fog typically locking in the Coastal mountains where Myrtlewood grows. Only 25 of these ultra-unique models will be produced, and they are sure to sell out right away.

Myrtlewood is a stunning tree that grows along Oregon’s Pacific Coast. Battered by wind and rain, it grows in rich figured, colorful hues. Its musical character is a marriage of rosewood, mahogany and maple – balanced and
alive with bass, mid and treble sound. Myrtlewood is denser than Sitka spruce, allowing us to sand the tops thinner giving more energy to sound creation. Handcrafted in Bend, Oregon. Each Oregon is factory equipped with LR Baggs EAS
VTC electronics and comes with a deluxe Breedlove hardshell case. You will sound better, play better and play more on a Breedlove.
