Player's Perspective
Warwick’s new Pro Series instruments are made entirely in Germany – in the same factory where Warwick’s highest-end, most souped up models are built. The Pro Series was always good, but now it reflects a new standard of build quality, tone and playability.
This is a wonderful take on the famous Streamer design. Easy to play, meticulously dialed in and lush-toned, this is a workhorse of a bass that's ready to be gigged with constantly. It sports neck-thru design, which works wonders for the natural sustain of the instrument. This bass is a musical chameleon. You'll see it in the hands of funk players, metal players, rock players, and groove-centric, way-in-the-pocket type players. Naturally beautiful tonewoods and a cool finish top everything off.
Special Features
This 4-string, German-made Pro Series Streamer Stage 1 sports neck-thru construction. This does great things to the sustain. The sides are made from cherry. Electronically, this bass sports an active MEC J/J pickup set. This provides a huge tonal spectrum that can run the gamut from warm and mellow to crisp and funky. Tweak it to your exact liking with the on-board EQ.
