If you're looking for a lifelong singlecut electric guitar, you need to check out the E-II Eclipse. Thanks to the simple and unbeatable combination of a nick chunk of mahogany and stellar electronics, the sound can be biting, raw, smooth or rich, depending on how you dial it in. It can do metal, snarling blues and heavy rock in a cinch, but it also cleans up nicely. Perhaps the best thing about this guitar is the combination of an effortless fret hand feel alongside rock solid build quality. It's ready to take abuse, but you barely have to move your hand to play it. We're willing to bet this axe will be in your rig for quite some time before you have to do any work on it, if ever. Great electronics and quality hardware top everything off. Perfect for the recording and gigging player, this guitar can easily become your go-to axe.

Item Details

This ESP E-II Eclipse features a mahogany body with a flame maple top. Be sure to check out the see thru black finish in the photos. The thin U shaped mahogany neck sports a rosewood fretboard with 22 extra jumbo frets. Electronically, this Eclipse is decked out to do some damage. It's loaded with two EMG pickups - a 66 in the neck and a 57 in the bridge - that provide an expressive, powerful tonal palette that takes kindly to walls of distortion and searing leads. The 24.75" scale length creates a super easy fret hand feel that caters to easy bending and fast leads. Other features include Gotoh locking tuners, a 42mm nut width and a 305mm radius.
